RETURNS (UNITED KINGDOM)
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We are unable to accommodate returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. However all further items eligible for return are easily completed via our contact us form.

Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we will not be able to assist with any problems.
